Works great, weird racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no complaints with how well this dishwasher actually washes; it does a fine job of that. However, I wish I had looked at in person prior to purchasing it online. The top rack is oddly shaped, making it difficult to load many of my cups and smaller plastic kids’ bowls. The plate spaces on the bottom are helpful but again spaced weirdly; they’re almost too narrow for my plates.
This dishwasher does come with a loading guide that shows you how the manufacturer intended for it to be done, but every family’s dishes are a different shape and size so I wish it was a little less specifically-shaped. It’s hard to tell that from the pics online.

not happy yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mine was installed 3.5 weeks ago with a defective part on the top rack. The installer ordered a new one right away --it was supposed to come today, but i got a call saying it is not here yet. So I have to be very careful pulling the top rack out and filling it. I've learned to put it back where it belongs when it falls off of the wheel, but it's scary when that happens. Dishes come out very clean so that's good, but I'm frustrated.

The bottom rack has to be manually pulled up in back to roll back in. The top rack had to have the fold down flap secured so I can load stemware. The middle racks don't hold glasses. The front controls are so small and one needs a flashlight to see which buttons to push. Although it seems to clean the dishes, I've traded it for a Bosch that seems much better made. I purchased this sight unseen due to needing an ADA sized dishwasher. Never would have purchased this one.

Ok for the price

Dishes are clean so far. Utensil basket is ok. No way to tell how much rinse aid to add. Overall pretty good will see how long it last.

Quality has declined

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 10 yr old Frigidaire dish washer died on us so we replaced it with this one. The quality has noticeably declined. The door feels chintzy and cheap, not solid. The soap cup lid has failed to open twice. Not impressed.

clean glasses make for a less embarrassing situation LOL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher replaced a 15-year old GC dishwasher. Although we have only been using our new Frigdaire for a little over one week, it is both cleaning our glasses significantly better but, it is also much quieter with our stainless steel interior. The one disadvantage is we are not finding the swing-out holder on the right side of the upper basket useful. We feel that basket on the right side should have been identical to the left side to hold more mugs and cups..
