Right size for a small apartment

It was the right size, had good ratings, was available at the right time, and matched other appliances that I was buying. I have not used it myself, but I have not heard any complaints from my tenants.

Initial observations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this dishwasher for only two weeks so far, and dishes are coming out spotlessly clean in most cases. The one hour cleaning cycle saves me time and seems to get the job done as well as a normal cycle. The main controls are easy to use, and the filter is easy to remove and clean. Whether the controls and internal parts are durable is unknown. My main criticism of the dishwasher so far is that the utensil caddy fits only in the far back of the bottom rack. It's a real pain to have to stoop down and either reach back there or roll the whole rack out every time I want to put a fork or spoon in the dishwasher, and it would make more sense to put the caddy in the front or at least the middle. The 18" Bosch dishwasher I wanted had a top utensil tray, which is far more convenient, but alas that dishwasher was out of stock or discontinued when I needed to buy new appliances.

Good but workmanship not so Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher in function is awesome. It is super quiet and washes our dishes beautifully. I love the sleek look and installation was pretty straight forward. Had to do a plumbing work around to connect the hot water. However, I have already had to schedule a service call after3 months. Four rivets popped loose on the flange that holds the door gasket against the sidewall. I can’t operate the lower tray unless I push this flange in at each of the four tray rollers. Very frustrating.

There are better options out there! Don’t buy!

I bought this dishwasher about three years ago, because I needed the 18” size instead of the standard 24”. It does a decent job of cleaning, but the dish rack is poorly made. The coated divider tines started rusting through and breaking off less within the first year. For that reason, I would recommend going with a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine washes well and can fit a lot of dishes (does require a bit of Tetris). Great for a small spaces. The prongs for plates and such are slanted which makes loading certain dishes or styles of plates difficult.

Love my little dishwasher

With just two of us, the dishes need not sit and wait for days until there’s a full load. The dishes come out squeaky clean and the stainless look is a beautiful addition to our kitchen.

First time I used it the gray tinted water glasses came out spotty, which never happened in the old one. Everything else, including clear glasses, we're ok.
