Good job on heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this item about one month ago. I does a very good job on the heavy setting but not as good on the others. My main complaint is with the control panel as it can't be read without getting down on your knees and getting a flashlight to read the small print on the controls. The print is almost the same color as the background. Unit was easy to install as I did it myself. Good instructions.

Had nothing but issues with the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had to have it replaced once already, we purchased in January, then had issues with the draining, been waiting on parts for that since for a month and a half. When it was running it ran great. But it has been a nightmare. We’ve only been able to use it for 1 1/2 months out of the 5 months we’ve had it. It looks nice, when the thing works it works great, but it hasn’t been running for us long enough to actually give a fair review of how well it runs regularly bc since we’ve had it, its been broken longer than in service.

Worst dishwasher on the planet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago and it is already broken and just try and get fidgidaire to send someone who knows what they are doing to try and fix it no they send idiots who can't even figure out how to take the dishwasher out the cabinet I am so stressed out with this and it's been broken for over a month and still no repair man can come and fix it they are supposedly ordering a pressure sensor without even looking at the dishwasher I am so upset with the way we are being forgotten about on a daily basis I will never ever buy fidgidaire again

Racks and flatware holder need redesign

I bought this dishwasher in 2019 to fit in the space that was once occupied by a cabinet in my small kitchen. The dishwasher does a great job cleaning dishes and it does it quietly. The materials appear to be very durable and it has sufficient wash cycles. My biggest complaint is the design of the racks and the size and location of the flatware holder. I never expected this small dishwasher to hold as may dishes as a full size dishwasher, however, it seems that Frigidaire designed it with that in mind. The plate dividers are way too close together. My plates do not fit between them so they have to lay flat instead of standing on end. Three full size plates take up the whole bottom rack. The flatware holder is also way too large and is in the middle of the rack making it difficult to arrange larger items around it. If I were to redesign these items, I would double or triple the spacing between the plate dividers or make them removable so the customer can customize the size for their own needs. In addition, I would move the flatware holder to the edge of the rack and reduce its size by at least half. With these changes I would get more dishes washed in one load than I do now.

Great, with one feature I don't like

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dishwasher for about 2 months now and we have a family of 3, but host frequently (usually up to 6 in the house). The smaller width is great for saving space and I was surprised with how much it can hold as well as how well the inside is designed to hold various kitchen items. Certainly don't miss a full size dishwasher. It washes really well on both normal and heavy setting. The display is well organized and easy to use. My only gripe about this dishwasher is that it typically leaves everything still wet at the end of the cycle. Even with the heated dry on, I have to dry the dishes before putting them away. I haven't had this issue with other dishwashers in the past.

replacement for older Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after the old one (2006 vintage) died just after Christmas. My only complaint in the buying process is that it cost more than the equivalent 24" models. How come the smaller one costs more??? The biggest problem is that it doesn't dry dishes well. After running the dishes are still damp and there is water on the door and sides of the dishwasher. I am using rinse aid and heated dry per the instructions.

Horrible service from Frigidare

I bought this dishwasher in December. Had it replaced and the new one is defective too! Have to fight with Frigidaire and still have not gotten replaced.
Disappointment beyond anything I have experienced.
