Problematic..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Install was not the easiest, plus it was almost too short for the opening (standard size cabinets). Had the dishwasher for just over a month and it stopped working mid cycle. It’s been over two weeks and still waiting on the parts to fix it. At least it’s under warranty... this time. Frigidaire is/was a great brand, starting to wonder if that’s no longer the case.

Unhappy with this dishwasher

this is the dishwasher installed by my apartment complex. Normal wash cycle takes close to 2.5 hours to complete and when done dishes are still wet as if there is no drying cycle whatsoever.

To enhance your drying performance, ensure that you are using rinse aid with the Heated Dry cycle. Plastic items do not dry thoroughly and will have to be towel dried after the cycle has completed. Good Small Size Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher recently and so far it has performed as expected. I would note that the prongs are designed and laid out in a tight configuration so you are somewhat limited in how to place dishes inside the washer. But I think this was done to try to accommodate more place settings (assuming they fit into the compact spacing).

Good looking

I've only had an opportunity to use this twice. It seems like the cycles are quite long and I'm not sure how much water they use. Also, I put it on heat dry, but some of the things were still wet. Additionally, the washer still had water in it 2 days later and I have to leave the door open in order for it to dry out.Therefore, I'm not sure about the drying feature. Do I have to use a drying aid in order for everything to dry? Overall, it is a nice dishwasher.

Only complaint is it’s hard to fit/angle larger bowls and pots because of the silverware basket. Cups, plates, and silverware fit perfectly. So happy to have a dishwasher in my life again.

Nice Little Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this 18" dishwasher 4 times since it was installed. It runs pretty quietly and I haven't had any problems with it. My only issue is that it is quite short. My plumber had to raise the feet up to their maximum height so the top of the dishwasher reached the countertop. Could've had an extra 5"-6" of interior height if it wasn't this short.

Compact but big on function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dishwasher died slowly and time of death was called July 16, 2020. We contacted a local appliance dealer to purchase a new one. We originally chose a competitor's product, but because of the COVID pandemic, the company's supply chain was disrupted. We decided to choose your product instead of waiting a month for the other product. I can't say the other company's product is worse or better, but I can say your product was reviewed more favorably. That said, thus far your product has been great. I like being able to set the water temperature, the unit is super quiet, and the dishes come out nice and clean. My only complaint after a couple of months is the layout of the upper rack, which is smaller and with a somewhat awkward configuration compared to our older unit. We're adjusting, however, and we're glad we chose your product. Overall, I'll give the unit a four because of the awkward upper rack. If not for that issue, I'd give your product a five-star rating.
