Great feature packed "little" machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older Frigidaire 18" dishwasher for many years and only updated it because we were doing the kitchen floor over. I was excited to get control and features not previously available in my older one's era. A big plus with the upper rack spray nozzle, stainless interior, and an electronics panel with a lot of bells and whistles including my favorite: delay start.
I would recommend to anyone in need of an 18" model.

Excellent but lower rack tight on plates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent quality cleans fantastic. However the lower dish rack tongs are too close and if plates have a ledge won’t fit. So I need new plates with straight edges. Really any plate should fit, it did in my other 18” dishwasher. Other than It is very high quality and has sanitization cycles.

Works Great, couple of items to note if buying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as advertised. Warning, the only thing we had problems with was that the intake for hotwater and electricity is on the front. So you need to snake the cables from the back all the way to the front, and if you don't have enough slack (we didn't) it's going to be a headache to splice stuff together. Old one was fed from the back. Also another warning: the tube for the outlet to drain is NOT detachable from the back. You have to use the tube that is permanently affixed.

Do NOT Buy This Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 10 weeks ago and still don't have a fully-functioning dishwasher. First one leaked right away, so I got a service appointment. Tech couldn't fix it, tried to order a part. Parts were not available, so Frigidaire sent out a whole new DW. New DW leaks in the same spot. Got another service appointment, tech rigged it up with some tape and parts from a different DW. The leak is mostly gone, but now the bottom rack won't slide in and out without catching. (Tech also damaged the front panel in the process, so we had to have another appointment to repair that.) Now I'm waiting on a 4th service appointment, which I'm hoping will be the last hoop I have to jump through to get my money back and be rid of this piece of garbage.
When it's not leaking, it does a terrible job of washing dishes. I've taken to using the heaviest cycle, and still end up re-washing a few dishes from each load.
Through it all, I will say that Frigidaire's customer service team has been friendly and helpful (once you get past that awful automated system). Unfortunately, friendliness can't fix this lemon.

Small, but seems efficient...

It takes a bit of time getting used to less space than I had with my standard sized one. However, it seems to be working well. I'm curious why there is a setting for 2.5 hour cycle [think that is right] that showed up at first usage. Needless to say, I found the 1 hr cycle quickly enough!
