Very dissatisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In less than a month the dishwasher is leaking, even when it is not in use. I called Service from July 1 and they cannot send someone before July 9. I am so scared of water damage to the unit below me

Not happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in Jan and had it installed. It stopped working in May. Got the part after eight weeks and over an hour on the phone. Part came and was installed. And it still isn’t working! Have repair person coming on Monday. Have owned it for seven months and it has worked for four months. Very disappointed.

Great Dishwasher for the Money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Fridgidaire dishwasher for a few weeks now, and I am very happy with it so far. From installation to usage, it hasn't given me any problems that I didn't cause myself. The cabinet is understandably smaller as it is a compact model.
Using the dishwasher is very simple. I typically do not wash any pots or pans, so the 1-hour wash setting gets my dishes perfectly clean and takes much less time. I do find that most of the other settings are not really relevant to me personally, but it's good that they have those options for those that need them.
My only issue with this dishwasher is the design of the dish rack. The pins are way too close together, which makes putting bowls into take much more space than is necessary. There was definitely more priority given to plates than to bowls in how it was set up, but my family uses a lot of bowls. I personally wished the rack had a removable insert that took away some of the pins.

Bottom rack won’t stay on the track

I moved into a newly renovated apartment with all new appliances two months ago. This dishwasher is such a pain that it’s often easier to wash my dishes by hand. The bottom rack refuses to stay on the track if there are more than a few dishes loaded into it. It’s as if the wheels are too small or the rack is too narrow. If you try to move the rack in or out of the machine it falls off the track and won’t move unless it’s lifted out of the gutter. It doesn’t happen some times, it happens every time. I was surprised to see it advertised as fitting service for eight because I can barely get service for two in the bottom rack before it revolts. I’m glad I didn’t pay for the machine but unhappy that it’s taking up cabinet space.

Stainless steel interior rusting only 3 months old and not covered on warranty, leaky door seal, micro switch faulty stopping wash cycle, very poor quality. Unhappy customer

There wasn't a dishwasher in the kitchen before, and the instructions were very easy to understand for installation. There's not just one feature to start with very quiet, the different wash times are awesome. If it's not full just set it to 1 hr wash. If it's full run heavy wash, 5 total differant wash cycles. Its was worth the money no doubt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As our 20 year-old dishwasher died, we search franticly for a new dishwasher. We found the reviews very favorable for this model. The modern design fits our kitchen perfectly. Operation of the Frigidaire was intuitive. All controls were well marked. The storage for dishes, cups and utensils were more than adequate. It is very quite which was a very nice difference than our old dishwasher. We have other Frigidaire appliances and they never have failed us. Would recommend this everyone.

Best small dishwasher!

We've had many years of great performance with this machine. It cleans so well, even with a full load on "light" wash, and it's quiet to run. We've had some leaking under the door recently, and if it must be replaced, we'd get the same product.
