Slooooow cooker

I am disappointed in the performance of this grill. We have had a T-36D infrared grill for several years and absolutely love it. I bought this small electric grill to keep at our vacation home because I didn't want to deal with propane there, but wanted the infrared technology. Big mistake. I should have bought the propane version. This grill takes 15 minutes to get up to temperature, which would be fine. But, every time I open the grill to turn meat the temperature drops way off and then slowly rebuilds when the lid is closed. Start to finish, getting the grill hot and then cooking, even a package of hot dogs takes 40-45 minutes grill. I always use it with the temperature controller set to maximum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are really glad we bought it , is a most if you live in an apartment. You don't to be concerned about the cold weather . Grilled meat all year long

The perfect 3 season grill to use in the mid west (Ohio). Good to use when you wish to grill after a busy day, fast no fuss.

Perfect for the Boat Dock!

We've had our electric grill at our boat slip for 3 years, and love it! No open flames or propane are allowed in the marina , so the Patio Bistro is perfect! People are always asking what brand it is and where we got it. We ordered on-line so were able to get an unusual bisque-color...very pretty. One dock neighbor has a red one, and another has a black one.....they are usually all grilling on the weekends!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems with fittings..,

My mom has this grill and I loved using it so much that I decided to get my own. I was so excited because of the ease of use and clean up. Upon arrival I set the parts out to assemble. It wasn’t long before I noticed that the predrilled slots were not in alignment. Thankfully I have tools so I widened the hole of one leg to fit but I couldn’t help but think about ppl that aren’t handy or don’t have tools. This was frustrating because before I troubleshooted the problem I thought of what a hassle it would be to now have to disassemble and return. The design of the grill is elegant but this one misstep takes away from what would otherwise be a great product.

Easy to use

I used this several times but it doesn’t get Above 350 with the lid down.

Did Not Last Through the Summer

The first 3 times I cooked on it, the food tasted amazing! I have fixed a small steak, chicken, and a pork chop, including veggies each time. Food tasted amazing! The 4th time I attempted to cook, the grill never got hot. I don't know if its the heating element or the electric cord. I don't want to throw it away, I'd like to replace the non-working parts, instead!
