i bought one of these for my daughters home warming gift.She used it a total of 4 times within in a 14 month time frame and i also bought a cover for it.Now every time you plug it in it trips the breaker.It has never been out in the weather nore missused it just quit working.I feel like i just though my money away buying this grill.The grill still looks brand new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I brought my Grill about a year ago. I love this grill. I was a charcoal griller before I move into my co-op. I couldn't use a charcoal or a gas grill so if I want to grill I had to go electric. I was very reluctant to get a electric grill but I finally gave in and got it and I have only have 1 regret. I did get one sooner. Absolutely love this grill.

We are very happy with this grill! It is ideal for a condo that only allows electric grills. We were hesitant to purchase an electric grill - but this is great! Several of our condo neighbors now own this grill! It is a nice size for a balcony-- and performs very well! We are so happy to be grilling again!!

This electric grill works well. Once you get the feeling of cooking on electric, compared to gas or charcoal its just as good. Keeps the grilled flavors in the food. Great for places that don't allow gas or charcoal grills

Good grill, best when using iron grill

I have a BGE which I use for most grilling, However, when my wife wants to cook she wants something simple. This grill fits the bill. We also order the iron grill accessory and use it all the time. Because it is heavy it holds the heat and is perfect for pork chops and chicken.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this product 11 months ago. The led red light indicating the grill is on is very had to see . The grill after 9 months didn't reach max temperature , slowly reaching lower temps. The one day it would not turn off when in the off position

New Grill just ok

Had an old Charbroil electric for over 10 years and it was great. Got the new infra one and find it does not heat to max for at least 20 minutes and then when open to place meat on the temp drops and it takes forever to cook. Am surprised also that the max temp on thermometer is only 550. Really not happy with this new version. Loved my old one but this one just does not to the job.
