Convenient!!

Really like the convenience of this grill. No gas or charcoal to tend to. And, it cooks evenly while you can control the temperature from low to high. Just pray that it last!!!

Do not buy this Grill! Fire Hazard!!!

I bought this grill last year. This is only the third time it has been used, and the cord got so hot that it melted my outdoor outlet. It could have caught my house on fire if we didtn't catch it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding quality grill

After almost a 11 years with all round year use this grill has been the go to for cooking great food. I just took the old one apart and put it in trash can the new one comes tomorrow. The grill is just loaded with quality, thx Char Broil!

Maybe its the altitude at 9,000ft but the grill takes forever to get hot. Once you open the lid it cools down and has to warm up all over again. I have no problem with gas grills at this altitude.

Made bbq ribs on this grill and they came out great. You can’t cook on it with the lid open because it does loose heat but if you open and close the lid just to turn or baste food quickly you’ll be fine. It takes about 30 minutes to preheat to high and cleanup is so easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

As MANY OTHERS have said, takes forever (like an hour) to heat to 450 (mine never got there) and the MOMENT you open it to place your food on the grate you lose 75% of the heat. There is no resolving this. Poorly designed. I'll give mine away as I wouldn't dare charge anyone for this very substandard product. I'll use my little Weber charcoal grill instead. Very disappointed .. VERY.

It gets to to 350, I’m not baking brownies… Sear needs a cast iron pan butter… chard is out with this grill

I grill almost every meal so ❤️ my CB Tru Infrared.
Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Miss my fold- out side tables, though.
Please continue to make these.
