Would not buy again

It's about 3 years old and emitters and grills need to be replaced . Stainless steel is very rusty after being under back porch with cover on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very little heat

Had old performance series worked great. New true infrared can’t get up to 300 in fifteen minutes. Removed true infrared plates and grates gets up to 500 in fifteen minutes. Very small cheap burners. If there is any breeze tops out at about 250. Twenty five minutes to cook six hotdogs? Yes swapped propane no change. Trying better burners from older model. We’ll see
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not fit for purpose

Ca hardly brown a steak let alone sear it. Takes an hour to cook chicken drumsticks and then your not convinced their cooked. I have no idea how this product got to market.

This is a solid built grill, I love cooking on it and the food comes out perfect, my only
issue is the igniter failing but it isn’t a show stopper. This is still a well built unit and withstand lots of use.

Excellent grill !!! The best I got so far !! Had an infrared 2 burner before this one, and it still great ! This one is another level of grilling, can keep burners at different degrees so your meal will be out at once !! Veggies, potatoes, meat . Definitely recommended!! It will step your game up big time !!

Worst grill ever to keep clean

Bought the 4-burner Amplifire grill. Does a good job cooking food. Stainless steel trays directly below the grate surface trap all the grease and are extremely messy to keep clean. Requires a lot of scraping and scrubbing to keep clean. I will never buy a grille with these trays again.

We are sorry to learn of the frustrations you have experienced. We recommend having the meat to room temperature before adding it to the grill as well once the cook is done heat the grill to high with the lid closed for 5 - 10 minutes this will allow any food residue to burn off and it can be brushed away once cooled.
