Smokes like crazy when you put the heat up high to the point where my neighbours go back inside.

16x16 cooking size and have problems with finding aluminium foil pans to fit that
its either way too small or too big

Easy to assemble although I would have liked more written instructions and bolt identification. Happy with the even heat across the grill surface. This is an improvement over my first Char-Broil. All in all a good value for the $$.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this black friday last year. I love the way it heats up faster that my old Charbroil 2 burner infared grill. The only draw back is that you have to clean the stainless steel grates like after 2 or 3 grills
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great grill as far as even heat

We bought this on sale in April 2024. We were amazed at the even heat, quick cooking. The big problem is the flavor and smell of the meat cooking is disgusting. It is almost like it changes the propane to some other fuel . The fat that collects in the catch pan if black like motor oil. We finally took the cooking grill off and replaced it regular grill racks. It is so much better, but totally inefficient! Not happy at all.

Too much smoke!

The amount of smoke is intense and probably not healthy, very dissatisfied with this grill especially considering the cost.

An infrared grill will produce more smoke than a regular grill. We recommend trimming any excess fat from the meat and bringing it to room temperature before adding it to the grill.
