My Bosch oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying my new oven but having a difficult time trying to do my old recipes in it as so many either over cook or undercook ... wish you had a book to tell me the ins and outs of cooking with convection... and how to adjust my timing on my recipes for better results

Great Wall oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my recent purchase of the 24" wall oven. This unit replaced the original 1955 wall that came with the house. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I do not like that the light stays on inside the oven during cooking, it seems like a waste of energy. Otherwise I am very happy with my new oven.

Replacing a wonderful 1962 GE Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's hard to replace an amazing original oven. We replacedour original 1962 GE oven with this Euro-convection unit. The learning curve switching has not been steep, but I am pleased to report that I've finally figure out how to broil pizza ingredients, and crisp the crust.
Other cooking tasks are easy and straitforward. The temperature is very even. The oven heats up very quickly. It does not get as hot at our old-school oven, so pizzas take longer, but most other foods cook in the recommended amount of time.
It's a beautiful thing, and receives lot of compliments.

Condensation/interior door drips on Cabinet

I do love this oven. The problem that I am having is condensation collecting on the interior of the oven. So when I remove the food & close it drips down the front of the cabinet. I have been mopping up the water before closing door. I called service & they came out to replace the gasket. Cooked last night & the same thing. Planning on calling my service agreement (person) back today. Do you have any suggestions as to why this is happening so we can get the problem fixed. But for this problem, I would give this oven (5) Stars ty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works well , but the owners manual is rather limited. no explanation as to how the self cleaning works on this oven , no setting on the dial for it. also i do not care for the jet of air out the front while baking
