Utter disappointment

The unit would buzzz at length when switching on of off when the temperature range was met. Finaly quit. Totally.
As we live in remote BC, Canada, returning the unit to a service depot was a no-go. Being an electronic tech myself, I ordered the two relays and replaced them. ( had a 3 year warranty, failed in 1) Since replacement, the unit has worked for the last four years. My cook says the temperature control is inaccurate, uses a reliable internal small portable unit.
Overall, I'm very disappointed.

NOT CLEANABLE AND TEMPERATURE NOT ACCURATE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is not selfclean and impossible to clean splatters ,even with the special cleaner they sent, off top and sides or between glass on door. Leaving runs. Have to take door apart clean and reinstall. The temperature has to be replaced as it is not accurate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

User Manual Settings

I have had some sucesses but more failures folowing the cooking guide on Page 20 of the Manual. I can't fihure out for the life of me why baking bread would be set to Frozen Food. The bread was not even half cooked in the time allowed. I have looked up and down the site and made numerous searches for answers but to no avail. HELP!

This is my first electric oven The temperature is even and warms up fast I have baked scones, muffins, and pork butt roasts. All are baked to perfection.
