urgent product defective purchased new 8/15/20

new back in August 2020 I purchased this product, however the product was not received until November 2020 upon receiving this product. I discovered the product both ovens gives a error code of 045. I have been unable to use these ovens. The ovens are not scheduled to be in stock until August 2021!! This has been a horrible experience.

Bad equipment

We like the look of the unit but we've had some problems. Right from the start, the upper oven would automatically turn on for 15-30 seconds and then shut off ... all without any commands from us. The appliance store replaced one of the boards which solved the problem but now the numbers on the digital display don't all come on when we use the oven. Frustrating as we had waited almost 5 months from the original purchase date to receive the unit.

Love my new oven

I have only used the air fry function once, but it worked very well. The control panel is easy to use. Better than my old oven! The oven looks great in my kitchen. It’s sleek and modern. I’ve received many compliments on it.
