NOISY OVEN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I BOUGHT THIS ABOUT A MONTH A GO THE OVEN IS MUCH LOUDER THAN PREVIOUS OVEN. DID NOT COME WITH BROILER PAN NOR AIR FRYER PAN.

Quiet and fast plus a lot of options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got these double ovens to replace our old ones which were agonizingly slow to pre-heat and had a super loud fan. This unit is super quiet. You hardly notice it, and the time it takes to preheat is so fast! It's a beautiful design: the stainless steel is sleek and the dark glass front is very sharp. When the interior light is on, you can see in very clearly; and when the light is off, the dark glass really looks good. It came with six oven racks: 3 for each oven. The oven racks are really good quality - very strong and sturdy. Five are standard metal racks, and one is a smooth-gliding rack. My only critique is that I wish more of the sliding/gliding racks came with the oven, but you can buy those after-market. The Air Fry option is awesome! We cooked wings in it for the first time, and they turned out great. We heard from friends how great their air fryer was, and now we have one in our oven without having to buy another appliance! It comes with regular bake and convection baking, both of which work really great. The controls are intuitive and easy to use.

Great Oven, challenging installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve installed the oven three weeks ago and so far everything works great (we have not tried the air fry feature yet). The oven has an attractive appearance and looks great in our kitchen. It heats and bakes evenly and efficiently, and it is very easy to use. Installation was another matter. We replaced an older Whirlpool model with connections at the top. Our cabinet had the junction box at the top as well, which makes sense as most wall units have more space on top to coil the power supply cable. This unit had its power supply cable attached at the very bottom. This meant not only cutting the back of the cabinet and the drywall and moving the junction box yo the bottom of the cabinet, but also presented us with another challenge: how to insert the oven without the power cable coiling up underneath it. We have resolved these issues, but the design and location of the power cable should be revisited. This (at least so far) appears to be a great oven, but the installation was difficult. Also, the air fry pan/tray should be included with the oven. It makes very little sense for an oven being advertised as air fry oven, yet missing the tray.

Needs new circuit board, brand new oven

I haven't cooked in this oven because the top oven hasn't worked from day 1. I didn't want to get it dirty in case it needed to go back to the company. But it is beautiful!!

Love this oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven. The convection bake and roast feature is sooo much better than my previous Kitchenaid oven. The controls are uncomplicated (no converting unless you choose that option) and the food cooks much more evenly than my previous oven. Also, absolutely love the steam clean option which helps to prevent the need for a full self clean cycle which I don’t enjoy. The bread proof feature comes in handy when I bake homemade bread. Just overall high quality product and it’s beautiful too! Highly recommend.

LOVE this oven!

I have been wanting a new double wall oven for quite some time and the Gallery with Air Fry has definitely exceeded my expectations! Being a busy family of six, with four teenagers that are always hungry, my new oven has been wonderful. It is so quiet!! The noise that came from my last one drove me crazy. The preheat is lightning fast and what a dream it is to have such even cooking. I can't believe what a difference this appliance has made. I actually want to bake again...in my very quiet convection oven:). My husband loves the air fry feature and we can't wait to try the built in meat thermometer. My children think it looks very modern and sleek. I must say, I agree. It's a beauty!
