Great OVEN!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall very satisfied with this product. I wanted to try all the features before reviewing. Not only does it look great, but it's functions are top notch. The meat probe option is handy in that I can set it and forget it. So when my meat is to the desired temperature it automatically turns to the warm setting. I also love the quick preheat option! Preheats in 4 min which is amazing with kids who are hungry NOW! My only issue was that the microwave is smaller in size than my other one but it truly is still a great standard size. This product is well made and user friendly! I would highly recommend it.

Did not measure up!

We had our new combo oven installed yesterday. Discovered immediately that the microwave interior dimensions were nowhere near the specified values. Specified were 10-1/2" high, 17-3/8" wide, and 18-5/8" deep. Actual are 9-1/4" high, 14-1/2" wide, and 16-1/2 " deep. The 3" loss in width is especially disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The dimensions listed in the specifications manual should be accurate and add up to a capacity of 1.3 cubic feet! Please ensure you are measuring at the widest points and include the cavity of the door in your depth measurement. We will be happy to ensure that all of our information is current and correct!

Was excited about it but it doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit for my new kitchen remodel along with all the other Gallery appliances. It is less than 2 months since it got installed and the microwave cavity is peeling. I’m scared to use the microwave.

Lots of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to make some cabinet modifications to get it to fit (slightly larger). Lots and lots of features over my old one. Keep the book next to the unit to understand them all. Microwave has twice as much heating power as my older unit.
The unit is a little complicated, but works as described in the book.
