Welcome to the Family

This system is unbelievable. Sooo easy to setup. I had to unplug it and move it to it’s permanent home because I was testing to see if it really worked at first. I didn’t have to start over! I have the satellite router in my office in the basement; and since I hardwired into the satellite, it has not dropped one time nor have I had to reboot any home equipment to restart the router and it’s been about three weeks. The signal is strong, extremely consistent, and always performing at the highest level. We had a storm and my next door neighbor’s internet was fading in and out. We have the same internet provider and my signal did not blink one time even though our house flickered at times in the storm. We gave him Guest access so he could work through the storm - literally!!! We have all Apple products and there are not a lot of options for internet security. It is so easy to set up and never have to worry about updates. Orbi updates and fixed on its own. It’s genius is King among all internet robots! I enjoy the app which allows me to control every aspect of performance, security, and devices. We have 7 laptops, 7 iPads, 5 cell phones, 5 watches, 4 smart TV’s, 3 Video game systems, a printer, Treadmill, 21 smart plugs, 3 Samsung appliances, 5 Ehco Dots, and 3 WiFi controllable surge protectors with many other electronics plugged in to them. None of these devices failed in performance in three weeks on our overloaded system. My wife, three children, and I are connected all day long for work and school; due to being at home because of COVID. Buying this Orbi was less expensive than having internet equipment upgraded with monthly fees in the long run as well as being less expensive than having an interior home remodel to make everything work properly. This really is a cure all! Best purchase ever. Welcome to the family Orbi, we love you!!!

Reliable router replacement

I bought the Orbi to replace a Gryphon three router setup I was using which I had to reboot every day several times while I was working and my two kids were schooling from home. It was expensive with three Orbis but so far well worth it. It has been absolutely rock solid. I wish you could separate the bands with different SSIDs and I had to hardwire my PS4, but it’s been perfect otherwise so far. My family is happy again!

Excellent system. Easy to setup via the phone app, and no more having to switch between my main router and the WiFi extender as I move through the house. Also no dead spots or problem areas in getting a strong signal. Highly recommended.

I am very please with my Orbi Whole House system. It really solved my problems of slow spotty WiFi. It was easy set up and I found the customer service staff very helpful. Thanks Orbi!!!
