Great ORBI Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large Lakehouse AirBNB and the regular Wi-Fi was just not good enough to hit all the areas of the house much less the decks and balconies. Added the ORBI system which was easy to do and the problem was instantly fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far, unable to connect/setup. Tried to use my existing network name on set up, but app says it was 'seeing' that name( old Netgear routerunplugged and not connected to modem?) and would not continue setup.....maybe tomorrow...so far, a bust...!

Orbi Mesh router

Was a difficult setup due to router/satellite firmware mismatch that is a common problem but not mentioned anywhere in troubleshooting documents. Tech support was polite but hung up on me twice. Eventually the satellite firmware updated and I’ve had no problems since. The app works well, expected a bit more functionality for the cost. Overall pleased in this first week.
