Easy Setup Except Access Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup was easy using the Orbi app. Speeds are fast and consistent. The only downfall is that if Parental Controls (PC) are activated, than Access Control is no longer accessible on the router website. Through PC, you cannot limit additional Mac addresses from joining the wifi (if they have the password). However, you can block devices from getting on the wifi through PC. And I learned recently that even if a device changes their Mac address, Orbi still recognizes the device and continues to block it (if it was already blocked). To get around the PC (for anyone that wants to block future Mac addresses from accessing the wifi), turn off PC in the Orbi app, reset the Orbi router and satellites by holding down the reset button (with a pen or small screwdriver) for at least 5 seconds or until the light blinks orange, then set up your whole wifi network again, but this time, do NOT touch the

Love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With my husband’s business operating out of our home, and also us having a 3 story home, we’ve been struggling with our Wi-Fi speeds and ranges (to reach all floors) for a while. After setting up the Orbi, it was like a night and day difference. Such a great purchase. Also — the set up process on the Orbi app was quick, and super easy to follow. Five stars!

Orbi is Awsome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into a new large ranch where my cable modem was on one side of the house and my home office was on the other side of the house except one floor down in the basement. After much research, I decided on this Orbi router and satellites. After clear instructions and 30 minutes setup, I was getting an excellent signal in my home office. Very happy with this Orbi system !!!

Orbi Solves Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moving from an older router to an Orbi Tri-band mesh WiFi6 system is like moving from a covered wagon to a supersonic aircraft.
All of my buffering, slow download, slow uploads and dead spot issues went away instantly upon installing Orbi.
The installation was very easy and fast. The Orbi app is easy to use and manage the system.
