Instant speed

Have a couple dead spots in my home which creates internet speed issues in my house. 5 minute set up with orbi and dead zones are gone, getting the internet speed now that I am paying for. Great system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The system was easy to install and has provided the coverage for my home that I was expecting. I replaced an older system that always left gaps in my coverage, with the Orbi system, every part of my house is covered with internet access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upfront, coverage and speed was substantially increased with the Orbi system over our old system. It decreased dead spots and boosted our work and entertainment needs. Cons, set up was a nightmare, 2 hours, a call to customer service, multiple equipment resets and then it finally worked with no real explanation as to how. Speed fluctuates frequently and the system has at times dropped service or has trouble connecting to devices that were already established. This inconsistency it frustrating but for now manageable, hoping it doesn’t get worse. With the miracle to get the system working makes me hesitate to make any configuration changes.
