[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced Netgear 3.0 Cable Modem/Router with the Orbi. No real change seen - still weak signals at edges of home for garage door opener and camera - even with Orbi sattelite

Orbi Tri-Band is Working Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Orbi Tri-Band Mesh RBK753 is working great. The only issue that I had was the initial setup. I had to reset the Orbi router to factory settings 3 times. I believe that the setup issues was caused by my Xfinity modem turning on its WiFi antennas every time I restarted modem by following the Orbi setup instructions. (I have never used the Xfinity modem WiFi and alway left them disabled). I replaced 2 Apple Airport Extremes and 1 Airport Express wireless routers. One Airport Extreme and the Airport Express were used to extent the main Airport Extreme similar to a modern mesh system except that the Airport system was only Dual-Band. With old system I could download at 350 to 450 Mbps near the main router and only 50 to 60 Mbps when connected to the satellite routers. With the new Orbi Tri-Band Mesh RBK753, I can now download at 450 to 550 Mbps when connected to the main router or satellite extenders. Therefore I have increased download at the main router by 100Mbps and by 400 Mbps at the satellite extenders. I have the main Orbi router and 1 Satellite setup at opposite ends of my house and the 2nd satellite is located in my shop which is located about 150 feet from the main Orbi router. With that said I now have WiFi coverage on most of my property which is just under 1 acre.

Much better than my last router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last router couldn’t handle the bandwidth at all. My new Orbi has been great. Produces the speeds I expect to see. Very stable network. Would highly recommend. The setup was easy.
