Just What I Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years my old routers and extenders would drop my connections, whether it was my phone tablet or security cameras. The Orbi has resolved all my problems. It is just what I needed and it has allowed me to connect to cameras away from the main home. Excellent Product. Thank you Jose Cantu

Best purchase I made this year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After looking into an upgrade from my old wifi and findingout my router was having issues communicating with my modem, I decided to purchase the orbi whole home mesh system fire my 2700 sq. ft. House and I'm so glad I did. 1 router and 1 satellite and my entire house Is covered including my front and back yard with the same speeds as if I was right next to the main router. No more getting dial up speeds when I'm in the back yard because my phone switched to the extender because of s I gnal loss from the main router, no more router plus a slave and an extender and ethernetet chords everywhere. Just plug in the orbi, follow the easy step by step instructions on the app and your ready to go with lightning fast wifi in minutes. I'm hooked by being unplugged. It has no problem running 5 computers, 5 phones, 3 game systems, 4 tvs, a theater room, 2 printers, and a 5 camera security system all with great reception and connectivity with zero signal loss like my old router. I can't wait to see what comes next, because I'm old enough to remember what it was like to use dial up modems and to wait for 20 hours just to download 1 song. Yeah I'm that guy.

Good coverage and fast speeds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaces an RBR50 model and does have more throughput, although it is probably not noticeable unless you're running a data center or something like that. It is stable and comes with Netgear's version of parental controls, replacing the old Disney Circle, but the jury is still out on that...it does seem like they function as expected and are robust enough.
