Great replacement for an old router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mesh system. I went from an older router, with added wifi extenders to Orbi Whole home Triband Mesh WiFi 6 and I couldn't be happier. My friend set it up and it works seamlessly with all 50 of my devices, with coverage throughout the whole house.

Worked out of the box, then...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked out of the box, then it did a firmware update, but the update only updated the firmware of the Router (RBR750). Now because the firmware is different between the router and satellite (RBS350), the backhaul is out of sync. Neither the app nor the web interface would update the firmware of the satellites, so this had to be done manually. I might recommend turning off automatic updates. This shouldn't be that hard.
Otherwise, this covers my whole house and I don't lose too much internet speed even from the satellites.

Easy set-up, excellent bandwidth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set up was very easy, and only took about 30 minutes. Once active I have been able to use the full bandwidth provided by my broadband supplier, something I could not get with my previous mesh system. Using the mobile app, I could verify the position of the satillites gives me full coverage, with good signal, over the whole of my house. Very happy with the product.

Easy to set up after upgrading Xfinity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Orbi system in order to extend coverage to our shop/garage. We tried using the Xfinity pods but they didn't work. Our friend recommended this so we ordered it. Initially, it was a disaster. Nothing would work or stay connected. That wasn't the fault of Orbi, that was our Xfinity. We had to upgrade our router, even though it wasn't that old. I have lots to say about that experience but it's not review friendly so we won't go there. Anyway, after we got our new router, everything came together. The world looked a little bit brighter, or maybe that was the pixels on the TV. Regardless, the internet works great in the house, front yard, back yard, basement, driveway, shed and shop. No more dead spot. Connecting new devices is still simple and problem free. So far, we are really happy with Orbi. I can't say the same for Xfinity......

Great Product! Packed with Extras! A

This system was easy to setup with the app and barcodes to scan. The system is fast, secure, and packed with features that are accessible via the Netgear app. I absolutely recommend this system to others, I do wish the additional satellites were a little cheaper to add because I need to buy one more. Great Product! A
