[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently had new cable HS internet installed, but the router provided by the service was not a MESH router, and coverage and performance in the house was sub -optimal. With the Orbi and two satellites, everything is working great. No issues whatsoever.

Much improved connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the RBK13 orbi mesh network (router and 2 satellites) bought in 2020.
Occasionally the streaming on TV would stop. Mostly when my boyfriend came over and there was extra devices connected.
Upgrading to the RBK752 router with 2 satellites in 2022 improved the signal. As a matter of fact the signal is strong enough, I am not using one of the satellites at the moment. I will be setting that up in the upper level as I get more devices connected up there.

It’s okay

I have tried everything and it hasn’t changed. Also, when I first tried to set up Orbi it took me almost 5 hours. It wasn’t connecting to my mobile network
