Finally getting the speeds I pay for !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchasing the Netgear Orbi whole home tri-band mesh wifi 6 system was the best purchase I’ve made since moving into my new place. I had recently upgraded my ISP to ATT Fiber with the 1000 mbps package. Unfortunately , the router/modem combo that ATT provides is abysmal, specifically with wireless connectivity throughout the house. Even Hardwired my speed tests only reflected around 500 mbps. In addition to this I constant connectivity issues with Apple products. After purchasing and installing the Orbi system , and using my ISP supplied router in pass through , my download and upload speeds are 900 mbps down and up when wired , and over 600 wireless ! I installed one satellite in the living room and the other satellite in my sons room at the end of the house. I now have flawless connectivity in all corners of the house , even outside the house in my car. My Apple connectivity issue is no more , and my son and I can both play call of duty or fortnite at the same time while my wife streams 4K movies in the living room with no lag or buffering times. I also love that you can hardwire directly into each satellite. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, it’s performance , and the ease of use with the netgear orbi app.

Great Mesh System

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This system has lots of features. I connected the main on to my modem then connected the output to my hub the feeds all the rooms in my house. Then I connected the two satellites in rooms on different floors throught the wired connection. Now I have full signals at each orbi on three levels of my house and the wifi signal is great everywhere.

Wanted Parental Controls

Download the Orbi mobile app and set up was smooth. With the Satellite unit, every inch of our home is speedy fast too. Very happy with our choice !

Worth the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing is the range on this Orbi, while there is drop off on signal a bit any wifi system will have trouble going through walls and especially mirrors. It can still make it easily from one end of my property to the other, 200 ft of walls and up an incline. Worth the money, especially on the Total Tech plan.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having issues reaching parts of my house and researched mesh systems. Netgear kept popping up as a recommended buy. I purchased the RBR750 with one satellite for my space of 1,950 sq ft house and so far is working great. No more buffering. The only thing is you can’t technically can’t pick which wireless network your device connects to. 2.4 or 5.
An example is if your TV can only connect to the 2.4 wireless network and your phone, as an example, is connected to the 5g network you wouldn’t be able to stream to your phone.
There is a way around this by logging into your router via a internet browser and turning off the 5G network so all devices connect to the 2.4g network.
Overall would recommend this product.

Orbi Tri-band is clean

Having the 1gig service I would be frustrated when my smart TV would buffer all day. After purchasing the orbi and setting it up I immediately noticed a difference and now no longer see the spinning circle of frustration. Thank you Netgear!
