Excellent service

Problem was I was changing my network name during the set up process which it allows but it causes a problem so I called support and he walked me through step by step and told me to wait to change my network name until after I was completely set up. He staying on the phone the entire time and was really nice about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I’m very pleased with my Orbi WiFi 6 System. It was a bit difficult to set up and had IT help and support was not helpful first time through and after a promise of a call back which didn’t happen called again and got through after a couple of hours on hold. So be prepared. Thereafter the system has been very stable and really amped up our WiFi throughout my home/office and eliminated spotty service and smooth Zoom conference calls. I’d give the product a 10 and the Netgear service a 5.
