Best experience ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a couple of try’s to get the system running (about 20 minutes). I placed the satellite in my MBR-about 75 linear feet from router, thru 4 walls. After installation, I ran speed test in every room-unbelievable results! 100 mgs. in every room and on my decks! I used my Nighthawk AC1600 combo (router/modem) to run Orbi. This was the best Wi-Fi set up experience I’ve ever had. For a non-tech person this was a snap to get running.

System works great but setup was cumbersome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The system performs great after set up. It is missing few features that high grade mesh systems should have. I have installed and used Enterprise mesh systems that had more features than orbi 3 years ago. One of the biggest disappointments is if you want to use 6ghz it has to be WPA3. There are so many devices that will only accept WPA2. The router cannot run both encryptions which makes no sense because affectively 6 GHz is useless if you have all the devices that require WPA2. If you have multiple satellites which use a dedicated 5.8 GHz backhaul. So for me this system is not Futureproof for 6 GHz. For the pricetag there are much better systems out there. Netgear armor is terrible and I disabled that as soon as I could. For the money you can get a a antivirus suite such as McAfee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and covers 2 story house perfectly. Able to wire up some devices from the pods. Speedtest almost doubled with this system at anywhere in house. Was skeptical this would not work.
