Devices connect to sub-optimal router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly works well, but I have several devices that are connected to the satellite router instead of the primary router. This is despite being about 50ft closer to the primary and clearly seeing a stronger primary signal than satellite signal. I’m unable to force them to connect to the primary. For a system this expensive, I expect the primary and satellite router to have better traffic management intelligence that connects devices to the correct router, or the ability to force devices to connect to whichever router I choose.

Suboptimal connection used for some devices

This is despite being closer to the primary and clearly seeing a stronger primary signal than satellite signal. I’m unable to force them to connect to the primary. For example, my backyard cameras keep choosing the satellite which is 50-70ft away on the other side of the house instead of the primary router which is 10-30ft away behind a single wall. For a device this expensive, I expect the primary and satellite router to have better traffic management intelligence that connects devices to the correct router, or the ability to force devices to connect to whichever router I choose.

Consistency and coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded to this 3 unit mesh system and are amazed how much gain and stability we gained. I have a gigabyte service and reception does not go below 500 mb in the back yard or the front of the house. my property is two floors and the land is 5900 square feet. Internet reception is no longer a problem
