super fast internet, easy setup

Works well, when it actually works....

These units on paper seem awesome. They do perform quite well. Downsides, they're bulky and too large, esp. when you need 3+ of them in a larger home.
Biggest issue I've faced is losing access to the administrative access and losing routing within my network to select things (not because of logins), but because of the unit failing. The only way to get back into it was completely factory resetting it. What a joke and it's only been in service a few months.
Second, moved it to another home yesterday and once again, the administrative (incl Orbi app), access was lost again. Of course, had to reset it again to factory to get it back up and running. Finally, after the 3rd time, it worked. It also kept going in a loop with resetting the admin password. Crazy!
Not impressed, so will likely replace the system with another Mesh system. My previous Netgear AC3200 units have been flawless for years. These orbi units are seriously lacking backend stability within its core system.
Not impressed and can't recommend whatsoever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Cable company sent me on a wild goose chase trying to figure out how to connect the Orbi, turns out they were the problem all along, the cable co had some setting wrong during the install. Once they sorted their own mess out the Orbi connnected immediately. Set up was a synch!

Great Coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Netgear Orbi Systems have proved very effective in providing great WiFi signal coverage in large homes with brick walls. This is the second system that I have installed in a 5000 sq ft home with walls that are 3 brick thick with great signal distribution.

Top Notch Mesh Router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 2700 sq ft home and had been using a different brand mesh router that was 3 years old. My internet is 400 mbps in my office where the modem and main router are. On the far side of my house I was only getting 50mbps which made streaming laggy if we had multiple devices going. I researched and found that the Orbi system has the best reviews so I spent more than I’d care to on a router but I can tell you that is worth it if internet is important to you. I now pull 400mbs everywhere in my house and haven’t had any lag or latency issues at all since setting it up. I’m very satisfied with this router and I hope this review helps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After installation no 2.4 GHz item would stay connected or in some cases would even connect. System appears to be faster than my previous non-mesh system but connection reliability is a real problem.

Great mesh system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had nothing but issues with the mesh system from my isp. I installed orbi disconnected my existing system and replaced the ssid it was using with orbi. No problems since.
