ORBI solved my loss of internet connection problem

I am pleased with ORBI Mesh WiFi 6 System that I recently purchased. After installation I had a problem with losing the internet but it appeared to be an internet provider problem. After talking with them, I suspected that my problem was related to channel competition between nearby users. I changed my 5G channel and the problem has diminished considerably. I say "diminished" because I have since had a few occasions when I lost the internet but I believe that it is a problem with the ISP and not an ORBI problem. I previously had a router and WiFi extenders and, of course, the extender had a different name from the router. I really like the arrangement of having a main router and a satellite router with the same WiFi ID.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I both work from home..and are sometimes on Zoom at the same time. Every now and then we’d get kicked off Zoom…or even would have buffering on our Peloton. So we initially upgraded our internet to 1GB, which didn’t solve the problem. After upgrading to Orbi, we no longer get kicked off Zoom meetings or get buffering. Love it!

Great Device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two story home. Medium size. Previously had single WiFi in lower floor and had problems getting good WiFi upstairs. With near mesh system I get maximum speed throughout the home and even in both front and back yards! Great device!

Love this system

I had to move my office area in my home to a different level from my WiFi router, and this system has been a lifesaver! Strong signal and the Ethernet port allows me to have the office phone connected in a room without traditional wiring.

Best WiFi Ever - So Easy To Set Up!

This one was a step up in cost but worth every penny. Incredible range and coverage. Super fast. Built in security suite. And I was up and running in under 5 minutes. Cannot recommend enough.
