Connection problems

Connections to websites have a severe latency, I have to use the refresh option to see many websites pages.

Think I only got the 5 and it sucks keeps dropping off and lots of reboots and I can not get into the system it says I need to Join and it keeps says new pass word .
Really a waste of money
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

piece of garbage i want a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] getting .10 download speed every day unless I throw my stuff out the window and a fantastic upload speed of not .1 upload but .01 upload absolutely in love with this fantastic engineering of this incredible router I want to go into eternal sleep so I can dream of this amazing router.

Only bad thing so far is its hard to set up 2.4 wifi products for example i had to take my wemo plugs back cause i was unable to set them up cause my phone was on 5g ..... but other than that its pretty fast not as fast as i pay for but close enough i guess

Where are the parental controls?

I am so disappointed that there are no parental controls on this so expensive routers and you have to pay an additional monthly charges for security. You should seriously look what is available in products like UDM and ASUS before releasing to market. Parental controls are available in the previous version of the ORBI's but this one has no parental controls.
