Great coverage, rough setup

The system has provided outstanding wifi coverage of a 3-story, 3500 sq ft home. The app and web interface are easy and informative. No complaints as far as the interface or performance. Setup was dreadful and required phone support as the router simply would not take an IP from the ISP modem, so the prospect of 5-10 minute setup was far from reality.

Am a computer illiterate person. The instructions that came with the package was the best instructions I ever had followed. Item purchased did exactly what it was described to do. I now have wireless access in my entire house. No more dead zones from my Reuter.

Solved my issues

I tried all the extenders and they didn’t work but the orbi mesh system solved my dead zone issues. It was easy to hookup. I used one satellite for my one story approximately 3000 sqft home. I now get full bars in areas that barely got one bar before.
