Made internet so much better

After my son in law installed these I was able to use my internet in all parts of my house! Previous to this I was having problems. I am very pleased with them!

Constantly disconnecting

Upgraded from Google WiFi mesh system to Orbi. With Xfinity 600 mbps plan I am getting 400 mbps out of these Orbi mesh, but one big problem is that they consistently get disconnected. I have to reset them almost on the daily basis.

Great Whole Home Solution

The system works great, have a 2 story home with finished basement and covers the whole house great. Actually getting faster speeds all around but the coverage is where I notice the most improvement. Simple step by step setup through an app, very easy. Would recommend for any medium sized home!

Great features, not easy to install

I a set up the system and connected all my devices and I really like the features. Being able to see what devices are connected and having the ability to pause any device on the network from my phone is awesome. Also like the parental controls that I have set up and how it allows me to monitor what my kid is doing online. However, set up was more complicated than I expected and I have spend hours on the phone with tech support. They are very helpful and knowledgeable but I am not sure that it would have helped people like my parents or even my wife. Finally, still waiting to get my armor subscription worked out. I have been working with their tech support but after almost a week, I still get an error message. Looking forward to having that taken care of because I do really like the features.

Hard to install without a smart phone

Product works like a charm once installed which required help from my son who recommended NETGEAR Orbi. He may have changed his password in the process since he used his smart phone in the process. My older NETGEAR router came with a CD.

Easy set up

Easy set up. Can handle lots of devices on the wifi at one time without there being a lag when watching a movie or streaming videos.
