Very easy setup and it works better than the one I replaced. I went with an non-NETGEAR router and it lasted only a year. I will buy nothing but NETGEAR from now on.

Transition is just okay, seems to take a bit for devices to change over the thresholds between satellites. Easy setup, good looks. The range leaves a lot to be sought after, my previous nighthawk had far better range as an individual unit. Loading multiple devices is a breeze. The app is convenient for viewing connections and more.

Not For Satellite Internet

It performs good, but like I suspected, nothing helps satellite Internet. It was easy to set up and gives each room a strong signal, when I have a signal.

Great router

I recently purchased an Orbi AX4200 router to replace my Netgear router that was about 6 years old. It was easy to set up and really improved my wifi speed. Streaming is rock solid with no buffering. I highly recommend this router.

Orbi drop outs are disappointing

I bought this new mesh WIFI to get better WIFI in my large house with two stories and basement. We spent a lot of time installing ethernet cables in the rooms for the satellite units and have them plugged in which I thought would be the best it could be for their function. The system still drops out when I am in my office with a satellite in the office. The system does not work as well as the old CenturyLink modem/router worked on the first level of the house. It is disappointing.
