Started off good but quickly went down hill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mesh system started off working well. I was replacing an older Asus router and repeater hoping to get better performance. For the first month it worked great, with only a minor issue when setting the system up. As soon as the trial network protection subscription service ended it seems like the system is designed to start giving you problems. Even though nothing has changed my wireless devices now keep disconnecting from the network. This makes streaming video to my TV aggravating. The internet connection is steady on my PC connected to the ethernet cord so its not the ISP. When searching for this issue is turns out a lot of people seem to have the same issue. I wish I would have seen those posts when I initially did my research.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from an outdated Netgear router to the Orbi Mesh system. One satellite and router for 1800 sq ft area. So far I’m satisfied. The app is great and the range is great. I have 5-10 devices connected.

Netgear orbi mesh wifi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The system seems to work well but the app is difficult to use and set up was not easy. I had to go through the set up process several times and even had to reset the modem at one point for the app to finally register toy phone. Overall a decent product but would have went with something else if I would have known the difficulty of the set up.

Great Whole compound wireless system
