Product was easy to install, fast, and reliable. We are experiencing some "cuts" in the signal that my kids are being disconnected from the online games, but we have to test with Spectrum to see if they are sending a wrong signal.

Very pleased with the Orbi mesh, much faster than our old Nighthawk. The plug and play setup is easy, unless you change the network name and password, then it can be a little tricky, but doable.

1st time set up bad 2nd great

After the initial set up I changed the SS ID name on the password prompt two and it messed everything up in my phone wouldn’t connect. I had to reset both the router and the satellite and start over again not change the password and everything went fine. Went into the app afterwards and then reset the SS ID and password. Been working great ever cents
