I recently installed the Orbi and I was surprised by how easy it was to do so. After installing the coverage and consistency was great. So far, I have nothing to criticize about it.

Replaced my old Netgear (R6400) and the Orbi is the only way to go. I wish I would of done this sooner. Well worth the money spent.

Great Router / Not so Great Satellite

Router on its own works great. When devices connect to satellite, there is quite a delay in loading websites, social media, video streams, anything. I shouldn’t have to be calling for tech support on a new product. Back to BB it goes.

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your RBK752 and are considering returning it. We do have a recent firmware update that addresses such issues and was released as recent as 10-8-21: https://kb.netgear.com/000064226/RBR750-RBS750-Firmware-Version-4-6-5-14.

Placement of the satellites may also be what is causing there to be a delay in connection. Please check out this NETGEAR Orbi Placement resource: https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite?language=en_US.

Had horrible internet connection for a year and I finally changed services and bought my own equipment. The installer was impressed with this purchase. Everything has been working great ever since. So happy.
