Good performance not good support

The product is great in terms of performance. Has been coupled of weeks since I set it up. So far don’t see any issues. It was hard seeing up though. The orbi app isn’t great and product support is as good as not existent. Switched from eero which didn’t have good performance nor good support. So I guess it’s impossible to get both.

Wish I had gotten it sooner

We had needed this for a long time. We had terrible reception in much of the house. I would carry my laptop around looking for a good signal. Now my laptop and phone have good reception everywhere.

Great router for large home

This router was a great replacement for my old Nighthawk. Great coverage throughout our home (4000 sqft ) and around the perimeter into the yard. Highly recommend.

Orbi Mesh WiFi

I just bought this WiFi and so far I love it. It helps with internet consistency throughout my home with all of my televisions, computers, home security and other equipment. Very helpful for those working from home to optimize internet performance.

Great Mesh System

This mesh system is great, it has fast speeds and keeps up with the 1GB fios internet I have. It was very easy to set up and has decent range and I like that I can buy individual satellites if I need to expand the mesh network. I think its been worth every penny.

The speeds are excellent. My Orbi had significant problems when attempting to change the network names. Despite 4000 sqft advertised coverage there are still deadspots around my 3400 sqft house (satellites are well positioned). Overall major improvement over my prior TP-link.
