Works great

It was a little difficult to setup and the purchase price is very high. But it works well. This is my second Orbi system, the first one (older model) failed a month or two after the warranty expired. So I am concerned about the product life, but I didn’t find a competing product that offered all the same functionality and interfaces.

3rd Grade Instructions with Cadillac prices

I’m a former computer support person and the difficulty installing this as a router bridged to an ISP provider was, to be kind, less than intuitive. An average homeowner would have difficulty. The instructions That came with it was a page of graphics that for an average user interface, would not be adequate to install…it wasn’t for me and I am technically experienced. Multiple calls with various issues that surfaced resulted in some outstanding support agents and some on the other end of the spectrum where I said I will call another time. The mesh system seems to be functioning well now that it is set up but an older printer is only able to connect with an ethernet cable. I would like to hide the SSID and even though there is a menu item that says you can hide it, you cannot which was recognized by the support agent. I’m not sure I would buy this product again because of the level of difficulty and the time spent to sort through the various issues but the signal range seems to be what I needed on my acreage.

Works Great, setup wasn’t quick

Overall we are very happy with the WiFi. The app to set up was slightly frustration and gave errors, but was able to set up via the website instead of the app. We are still trying to get one of the satellites to connect, but the other satellite and router are working . Now that everything is connected the app is great, and love the ability to see the devices
