I returned this

Could jot get it to connect to our ISP network. Could not get any customer care representatives to help diagnose the device. Finally got a ISP rep to come and try to connect the device and failed. Simply returned.

Your service sucks!!!!!

Your service department cannot get me into my account where I first registered in 2016. I wasted two whole days trying to find someone to help. Not getting into my account means not getting the benefits of the product.

Disappointing set up

I must have received a defective unit, as after multiple attempts and multiple hours, I was unable to set the network up. I tried multiple trouble shooting and reset attempts, but had no luck. Ultimately, I returned for a different brand and was able to complete the set up in under 10 minutes from the time I picked the box off the front step. I have had good luck with netgear in the past, but felt like the app and set up process were more cumbersome than necessary, and given I am somewhat technical, I think many customers would have a more difficult time. Wanted to like it, but a disappointing experience.

The app was a little glitchy, and it took a few times to sync the satellites. Now, this is the best connection we have ever had. We have an old house with thick plaster walls, and now the connection reaches everywhere
