Overall easy set up

I have it a 4 out of 5 because it took a few tries to connect. Using the app made the process easy to follow. I just wish when you have issues you could talk to a person rather than having just a few faqs and solutions. Price was great and the product has been great since we set it up. It even allowed us to change the name and password to our original router so all devices did not have to connect again.

Best router!!!

I purchased my orbi about 2 weeks ago and I love it. I have tried other routers but the orbi blows them away with consistent speeds and overall coverage. The app is very user friendly and easy to use. I have recommended the orbi to all my friends.

Finally have WI-FI

Our provider placed their router at one edge of our house and it would only service a small portion of the house. The ORBI addition solved the issue and did what the provider should have done.

Easy setup with the app. (Set aside 20-30 minutes for unboxing through setup.) Transition between the router and the satellite is seamless, as is nearby to far-away from units. Excellent speeds. The Orbi app has some useful tools.

Sleek with great performance

They are sleek and look better than anything else on the market. They are providing full coverage in our three level home which we haven’t had in the past. Our download speeds have improved significantly. All in all a superior system.
