Overall easy set up

I have it a 4 out of 5 because it took a few tries to connect. Using the app made the process easy to follow. I just wish when you have issues you could talk to a person rather than having just a few faqs and solutions. Price was great and the product has been great since we set it up. It even allowed us to change the name and password to our original router so all devices did not have to connect again.
