Not as Expected

Orbi mesh system with two satellites badly underperformed. Bought based on reasonably high ratings and reviews. However, IRL the units performed erratically, at best, in covering 3000 sf of space. Constant network drops with poor throughput. The units could not accurately track devices across the covered space. Attempting to run video conferences was insufferable with constant drops. Other parties on the calls did not experience similar problems so it was clear the problem was isolated to my Orbi network. Had really high hopes that this would be our solution but the Orbi couldn’t even come close to the 12-year old router it was trying to replace. This, sadly, definitely did not meet our expectations…

I’ve had the Orbi router for about a week and was using my ISP provided router before. It’s night and day when comparing both in terms or speed and connectivity. Very satisfied with the purchase!

What an upgrade from Apple Airport Extreme

I have been using a few wired Apple AirPort Extreme access points and decided it was finally time to upgrade. Wow what a difference even without wiring anything I get excellent speed and connection. I wish I I would have bought this sooner. Only complaint was it took a few tries setting up but i love it.
