Finally a mesh system that is simple and easy to setup. The app is great and is thoughtfully built. Outstanding performance in our house (over 6K sq ft).

Good hardware bad software

This mesh wifi system performs very well. There is good coverage and wireless connection to devices is stable and hardly drops/disconnects. The management software (mobile app) is terrible. It does not detect a satellite when you set it up as ethernet backhaul- it always shows red / disconnected status. Also there are no clear instructions on how to setup the system after to wire it for ethernet backhaul.

Long story short no more dead zones and it was so easy to set up I almost can’t even take credit for doing so. Was not sure about mesh network but will never not have one now.

Our home was in cable disarray, with out buildings and remote offices on the property. I never had reliable coverage and then my extender died. One solution-Orbi covered all with amazing speed!

Whole house coverage

This system is amazing. I have satellites in the basement and second floor, main unit in the first floor, and I have complete coverage. My speeds are remarkable. I can’t see doing multiple floors with out a system like this in the future. The WiFi 6 and my gig speed modem have me set for a house full of internet users

It Works

After working from home for about a year, I thought some of the issues we had with connectivity were due to quirks or just the way things were supposed to be. Now that we’ve upgraded to the Orbi WiFi 6 system, EVERYTHING works as it should, all the time. If you are paying for a robust internet connection and have tons of IOT items connected, need video and full time audio communication, want to stream 4K on several devices at once, look no further! If you’ve imagined a mesh network actually working, this is the system for you. We have a 3300 sq ft home with 3 levels and there are no dead spots. We even have decent service in the yard! We love our new Orbi!!

Excellent speeds

Took a while to figure out the ideal layout of router and satellites. But once we figured it out the wifi coverage and speeds have been great. Live in a 4000sq ft house and 1 router and 2 satellites are adequate
