Great upgrade

After renting the fiber gateway and using my own Netgear repeaters, I made the move mesh networks. Better range and speed and no more hopping between _ext adapters!

I got this to replace an Eero 6 pro system. The Orbi system is easy to setup, has great features, very reliable and holds steady gigabit speeds throughout!

Very good, except...

This system is great! Very easy to set up, great coverage and speed. The only caveat would be that there does not seem to be a way to split the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands apart into two separate ssid’s. The auto functions are nice but I would like more control of how my devices connect. I don’t need my Nest thermostat on 5GHz...

Great overall system

Set up was frustrating because I had to call support to get it up and running. The application did not work properly initially. Once it was set up the wifi signal has been pretty good. No dropped signal so far.

so far so good! we were having issues with our older netgear nighthawk kept kicking us all out ~ have not had to reset anything. totally recommend Orbi worth every penny!

Internet all over the house, better tie in to my ring doorbell, Alexa likes it too! Glad I chose ORBI over the competing products on the market.
