No Drops Orbi Connected

Not being a real tech savvy person, my husband still decided to try connecting our Orbi system himself and save a few dollars. He loaded the app and then followed the directions through the app. He named the network by the same name as our previous network because it was supposed to be so much easier (per other sites he checked). Our computers, Mac and Dell, printer and iPads all worked great. We have a Nest camera, Ring Doorbell and 3 cams outside, 7 Kasa plugs, an Amazon Echo and 3 dots around the house. Everyone said naming the network the same would make things easier. Worst information he could have followed. For two days off and on he played with it. On the second day he went back to the beginning and named the network by a new name. Once the network name was changed, he was able to go in and change the name of the network on the devices and everything started to work again. Our advice, set up a new network name and change the name on your devices. It was so much easier in the long run.

Easy set up that worked with all-my devices. Speeds are as high as I am paying for finally...everywhere. And my internet is strong through the our acre lot making wifi calling work like a charm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good set up. Good area coverage. Wifi is steady and my appliances that are online remain online. App is useful as well for setup and for monitoring. Would highly recommend.

Great Performance

I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality and performance of the Orbi AX4200!! I have seen increased mesh coverage and speed since upgrading!! I even considered upgrading to the AX6000. I thought only having one antenna unit would downgrade coverage, but I was very wrong!! Definitely a great purchase!!

Easy to setup and monitor

We recently installed gigabit fiber and I chose the Orbi mesh WiFi 6 to cover the whole house. It was easy to install and even assumed the network credentials from the router so I didn’t have to reconfigure all of our devices. I’ve used the app for monitoring network performance and attached devices. Works great!
