So far, so really good...

Installation was reasonably simple and quick, and the download speeds increased ten-fold relative to what we were experiencing with our previous router. I suspect the lower star ratings for this product are for more complex situations than ours, which is pretty simple, just some phones, a laptop, a printer, and some Rokus.

Good Product, Below average support

Needed help and support and it was days before anyone got back to me. Luckily I figured it out on my own, otherwise I would have been returning this product for another brand. Good product, but customer service/support needs some work clearly.

Best tri bands mesh system, got 3(1 Router 2 satellites), it covers my 3000 sqft house with no dead spots and very strong signal.

Got what I expected. Wall penetration, no noticeable speed change, and wide coverage. 1 Router 3 Satellites is perfect for my home setup (3 floors garden). My smart devices are working with no issues using 2.4Ghz
