Consistent packet loss

Have purchased two of these kits, spent weeks troubleshooting the first one which was dropping packets at 10-40%. Support ultimately recommended a replacement. The replacement has the exact same problem . After my unit has been up a few days, the packet loss grows. I've resigned myself to rebooting my router every few days. Its frustrating for such an expensive device to have these consistent problems.

Not good

Would not stay connected, it dropped every few hours it was really bad. Tech support was guessing the entire time. I returned them for a refund.

Orbi mesh 4200

Easy setup. Recognized all my devices. Speed in 3500 sq ft house excellent. Router picks frequency but seems to work well however I am used to assigning the frequency to each device myself. App works well is basic but very functional. Size and appearance excellent. Was experiencing dropouts and “printer offline” w previous router now resolved. Overall very happy w router so far.

Simple and Wide Coverage

When I got it I was more afraid of the size then anything, but they look good. So the main one is in the bed room and the other in the living room. What was so cool is all I had to do is download the app plug the main one into my router and it was up. The coverage is very good it seem to go all the way into the back yard so I could work outside.

Easy setup. Nice to be able to leave former router name and password so no massive change on all the devices. I pay for 200 mbps and speed test is at 215. I have 18 devices and no buffering or offline nonsense. Very pleased

Quality and Performance

Orbi has functioned as advertised and upped my in-home wifi since installation. No bandwidth issues while streaming/gaming simultaneously. No disconnects or other disruptions requiring restarts of devices. Somewhat early into ownership and usage but so far operating as expected.
