Great product for a connected home

I like the new design and also the performance is outstanding. A lot of great features for connected devices and ability to configure and monitor the performance. I can’t wait for the parental features to be enabled in the future firmware releases.

Better but not perfect

This system is working pretty good through out our house. I like being able to see the devices on the systems and the control you have in turning them off. From where we were before buying it, we’ve come a long way. But it’s not perfect. For some reason I’ve had to reset the router within the first couple of days, then I had to reconnect everything. Kind of a pain, but again, it’s way better than what we had and I have no way to know if that’s an Orbi issue or maybe something wrong with the cable modem.

Speed increase over RBK53

I had been paying for Spectrum’s 1gig service, but wasn’t even getting half that speed using the RBK53 kit. Upgrading to this kit nearly doubled my speeds, all around.
