I got help the support team was kind my only couple of negatives is that I waited on hold for far too long, an hour and a half and that I had to call several times to get the set up done properly!!

I recently replaced my ASUS meshed routers with the Orbi mesh system. I had problems configuring the routers using my iPhone. I had to call support who talked me thru configuring the system with an attached PC. Had the instructions included how to connect with my PC, I would have saved several hours on the support call. Once configured, Orbi tried all devices on the 2.4G network. In the next couple of days Orbi migrated most of the devices to the 5G network. The wi-fi response, for all my devices but especially for my streaming TVs, has been excellent. I am very pleased with the product and its performance.

Fiber optic was installed but their router wasn’t up to the task, finally I bought the Orbi, installed, up and running in minutes. No more TV pixelation, slow downloads. Are now experiencing what the fiber can really do. Thanks

Big improvement

Previously we had a range extender for our basement, but WiFi was slower then upstairs and spotty. Orbi mesh system was a big improvement, it’s like having a wired connection even in our basement. Also, all brought our back porch and garage into the WiFi zone as well. Very satisfied!

Replace a Luma Mesh router with two satellites, which were no longer supported, my speed have increase dramatically would recommend this product even though is pricey.
