Good system but problematic

After working For 3 hours trying to connect my self, I called support and they got me connected in about 45 minutes. I still have several computers that can’t connect as well as not being able to visit some websites for some reason. I will be calling web support this weekend to try and get everything working properly. Tech support was great last time and hope it will be again to work the “kinks” out.

Love it! We finally are on just one network with this new mesh system. We had 6 networks going when you include the extenders and the varying 2.4 and 5G. The set up was very easy!

Great coverage for 3400 sg-ft. under roof, plus 300 feet of yard coverage. Strong signal with plenty of speed regardless of location in home or yard. Very pleased with results

Pretty Good So Far

I switched from a Nighthawk X4 AC2350 R7500 v2 for a 3,000 sq ft house. I had some areas with poor to no signal reception. The cable modem is situated right in the center of the house - so I initially tried 1 satellite for the AX4200, but had to add a 2nd. It appears I no longer have any dead zones, but once in awhile connectivity is not seemless and I need to reboot the device connecting to the Orbi. Speeds seem great. Also trying the Armour software. I have read non-netgear posts about placements of satellites and being careful not to overlap, I wish there was more netgear instruction material about this - especially with the size and configuration of my house. I also wish there was more information about configuring different items of the Armour software. I am still learning this and have decent knowledge of setting up routers - and I have appreciated the relative ease of getting the network up and running.

Strong signal mostly better coverage

For the first time I get the full speed of my internet throughout most of my home. I replaced a Netgear Nighthawk with these. The setup was super simple. I could use a 3rd unit to improve the outdoor signal but overall I’m very happy with this setup.

Expensive system, easy setup, not a mesh router

It’s a hub and spoke so each satellite does not communicate with other satellites preventing how far one can get from the router for each satellite
